杨益民，男，1961年2月生，浙江大学理学（数学）博士，现任杭州师范大学理学院副教授，浙江商理事会常务理事，全国民办教育协会培训专业委员会副理事长，浙江省民办教育协会副理事长，浙江省中小企业协会副会长，浙江省民办教育协会培训专业委员会副理事长兼秘书长，全国民办教育先进工作者。曾经担任高中数学教师，大学数学教师，1995年~2001年任原杭州教育学院教务处处长。从事基础数学调和分析方向研究，参与专著编写二部，数学专业论文10篇。兴趣广泛，涉及政治、经济、历史、心理学、基础教育、教育经济、民办教育、经济地理等领域。

    2001年起创办浙江省内教育服务知名品牌今明教育，担任浙江今明教育文化发展有限公司董事长兼总裁，带领今明教育员工从2人发展到150余人。截至2009年，为社会培养了25000多名合格人才。现今明教育旗下有：浙江今明教育文化发展有限公司，浙江今明专修学校，浙江远大专修学院，嘉兴市阳光培训学校，江西女子专修学院，绍兴市今明教育学校，义乌市今明科技培训中心，台州市路桥区今明专修学校。

    Yiming Yang，borned in 1961. He held a Doctor of Science from Zhejiang University and was an associate professor in college of science of Zhejiang Normal University. Before he started his own business he used to be a math teacher in senior middle schools and in universities. Also he was the director of the Academic Affairs Division and mainly studied the harmonic analysis of fundamental mathematics and wrote ten more treatises on Mathematics and involved in editing two compositions. He has a great diversity of interests relate to politics, economy, history, psychology, basic education, educational economic, non-government funded education and economic geography. Particularly, he has an eye for the education system in China.

    In 2001, he built up the group of Jinming Education and he was appointed as the long-term chairman. Under his lead, the group have been developed from two employees to 150 employees and fostered a large number of talents for the society. Till now, the group of Jinming Education has a great many Branch offices. For example, Zhejiang Jinming Education and Culture Development Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Jinming Special Training Institute, Zhejiang Yuanda Special Training Institute, Zhejiang Jinming Education Academe, Jiaxing Yangguang Training School, Jiangxi Special Training Girlschool.
